She is the person who first conceived the idea of establishing STARONE and has been very devoted in order to create a firm foundation for the company.

Amy started her career with Hudson Recruitment, pursued with Bo-Le Associate, where she was credited for building strong client relationships with top-tier companies in various sectors, such as consumer, retail, pharmaceutical and industrial. Amy has occupied a leadership role in headhunting for a number of years, and has established a loyal and high performing team. Notably, she has built up two strong executive search teams in Consumer and Healthcare industries for STARONE.

In order to achieve her career goals, Amy has put a lot of effort into mastering the art of client management. Rather than following the traditional method of believing that more is better, she firmly believes that only by implementing a comprehensive research on the client company, can we discover its deepest needs. Following that, we can personalize the search plan to find the most valuable candidates. Jackie Liu, Partner of STARONE

She previously worked with Bo-le Associates, specializing in sales and marketing in FMCG, retail, pharmaceuticals and industrial. She is also an expert at discovering technical professionals for industries requiring high-skill level personnel.

Jackie has a large network of business contacts in various industries, therefore, is ideally positioned to find the most suitable candidates for her clients. She focuses on being both consistent and reliable with her clients and candidates. Hence, she has been highly recognized by her clients for her strong networking abilities, in-depth knowledge of market trends and solid execution. She always has the clients’ best interests at heart and deals with problems in a conscientious manner. She spends a great deal of time regarding the companies, industries and positions. She is hands on with her clients and tours their facilities in order to add to her already excellent knowledge in these industries.
